Top 10 Overall Receivers in Madden NFL 13

Today EA SPORTS revealed the Top 10 Receivers of Madden NFL 13; which includes both Wide Receivers and Tight Ends. If you want to know the complete schedule of ratings release be sure to check here for EA’s Player Ratings Reveal Plans.

Also EA SPORTS are asking the fans to vote for the top receivers in categories like SPEED, SPECTACULAR CATCH, ROUTE RUNNING, and AGILITY via their Facebook Fanpage.

Check back Friday August 17th to see all the ratings for every Receiver in Madden NFL 13.

For now, here is the top 10!

1. Calvin Johnson – 99
2. Rob Gronkowski – 97
3. Larry Fitzgerald – 97
4. Andre Johnson – 97
5. Vernon Davis – 95
6. Jimmy Graham – 95
7. Steve Smith – 95
8. Wes Welker – 95
9. Roddy White – 94
10. Hakeem Nicks – 94

I’ve been seeing some guys saying that Victor Cruz should be rated higher than Hakeem Nicks and I bet you Cruz is right up there and is probably a 93 or 92. I really don’t have an issue with this list. Maybe Wes Welker and Roddy White are a little too high but I’m sure once the final list comes out, there will be a ton of guys right at 92-95.

It was a dumb idea to put tight ends on this list. It doesn’t stretch past 94 ovr.

Hopefully Madden is putting the TEs with the WRs and the FB with the HB so we don’t have a hard time trying to change positions. Hopefully this trend continues with secondary so we can change players between CB, FS and SS, etc.
