Connected Careers is one of the big new improvements to Madden NFL 13. With the announcement there have been a lot of questions regarding this feature.  I got a chance to sit down with Josh Looman, who is the Creative Designer for Connected Careers to help alleviate some of the questions.  This is part 2, so if you haven’t checked out part 1, you can do that here.

     I cant get a answer for these questions anywhere

    1.So are we able to change teams or play with cpu teams on start-up
    screen without having to retire coaches and losing all Xp points? We come in and out and play as cpu teams also the user teams in our league always play a human opponent for online franchise.

    2. I know theres no editing but are we still allowed to move players on
    depth chart? Example OLB to MLB or DE. CB play as safety
