Tebow Trade Makes Jets a Great Option in Madden NFL 13

The NY Jets are a circus in real life and with the acquisition of Tim Tebow yesterday the drama will be at an all time high next season. Yesterday the Jets traded for the fan favorite Tim Tebow in a day filled with questions of where he’d go. After talks fell through because of some contract language and the Jaguars pushing for the hometown kid the Jets finally pushed ahead and was ultimately where Tebow wanted to go. Why did Tebow choose Jets over Jags? According to reports the Jets front office really wanted Tebow and is the perfect place for him in my opinion with Spagnola as the offensive coordinator.

So what does this mean for JETS fans who will play Madden NFL 13?

This means for JETS fans that they have another great option on offense. No matter what happens in real life there is no denying that the Wildcat with Tebow is going to be hard to stop. I really think this opens up for the Jets to grab a running back in the draft that will fit that Wildcat mentality. I’m not sure if Trent Richardson, who will be a great option; will be available for the JETS at their pick but that’s who they need to get. You still have Sanchez who is no slouch but will probably see his ratings drop because of his poor performance last year. Add Tebow with the newly acquired LaRon Landry to that already vaunted secondary and you have a team that is full of playmakers.

So who will be your Jets QB? Will you run the Wildcat exclusively with Tebow or just bring him in to change the tempo and look of the offense next Madden season?
