At the Microsoft E3 press conference this morning EA Sports president Peter Moore appeared to discuss plans for Kinect for Xbox 360 support in the company’s sports titles. Madden NFL 12, FIFA 12, and the Tiger Woods series will all incorporate the motion control system in some form or fashion

My Thoughts
Here are my thoughts on Kinect Support for Madden. It should be very limited. The motion fad is really winding down and while I think it’s great for games like Kinect Sports, it should stay out of hardcore games like COD and Madden. The only thing I will say is that I thought I heard Peter Moore say something about using Kinect to call audibles, now that would be useful or even hot routes if they could be done in a timely matter. As far as playing a whole game of actual throwing, running, and catching … well, let’s just say I’ll stick with the controller.
